LinguaNewTab ("the Service", "we", "our") is a Chrome browser extension developed by an individual operating under the trade name KSP Studio based in Vietnam. The Service replaces your browser's new-tab page with a vocabulary-learning interface for Mandarin Chinese and English.
By installing, signing in to, or otherwise using LinguaNewTab you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LinguaNewTab. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you must be at least 16. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
When you sign in with Google, an account is created for you using your Google account ID, email, and display name. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at jasonnguyenksp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
LinguaNewTab is offered in two tiers:

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed in the in-extension upgrade modal at the time of purchase.
All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) acting as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms and refund policy apply alongside ours: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/policies/terms.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on first-time Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases. To request a refund, email jasonnguyenksp@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime through the email receipt from Lemon Squeezy or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Pro access until then.
If a renewal payment fails, Pro features remain active for a short grace period; if the payment cannot be collected, your account automatically reverts to Free. Your data is not deleted during a downgrade.
We may change the price of subscriptions for future billing periods. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your account, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Stories produced by the AI generator are returned to you for personal language-learning use. You acknowledge that:
The Service, including its source code (where not open-sourced), branding, logos, bundled audio recordings, and curated vocabulary lists, is owned by KSP Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You retain all rights to the custom flashcard images you upload. By uploading you grant us a limited, revocable licence to store and serve those images back to you in the Service.
Parts of the Service are released under open-source licences. See the public GitHub repository for the full list and licence texts.
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we permanently shut down the Service, we will give signed-in users at least 30 days notice via email and provide an export of their data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or in violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and uninstalling the extension; you may also delete your account from the Account Settings modal.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you creates a legal or operational risk. We will refund any unused portion of a paid subscription unless the termination is for cause (e.g. fraud, abuse).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply alongside these Terms.
We may update these Terms when we add features or in response to legal/regulatory changes. We will:
Continued use of the Service after a material change means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and (if applicable) cancel your Pro subscription within the 14-day refund window.

LinguaNewTab ("Dịch vụ", "chúng tôi") là tiện ích Chrome do một cá nhân phát triển dưới tên thương mại KSP Studio đặt tại Việt Nam. Dịch vụ thay thế trang new-tab của trình duyệt bằng giao diện học từ vựng tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh.
Khi cài đặt, đăng nhập, hoặc sử dụng LinguaNewTab, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản này và Chính sách Bảo mật. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng.
Bạn phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Nếu ở EU hoặc UK, từ 16 tuổi. Nếu sử dụng đại diện cho tổ chức, bạn xác nhận có quyền làm vậy.
Khi đăng nhập Google, một tài khoản được tạo cho bạn với Google account ID, email, và tên hiển thị. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm cho mọi hoạt động dưới tài khoản của mình. Báo cho chúng tôi tại jasonnguyenksp@gmail.com nếu nghĩ tài khoản bị xâm nhập.

Pro có 3 hình thức: subscription hàng tháng, hàng năm, hoặc mua trọn đời 1 lần. Giá hiển thị trong upgrade modal ngay tại thời điểm thanh toán.

Subscription tháng và năm tự động gia hạn cuối kỳ. Có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào qua link trong email Lemon Squeezy hoặc email cho chúng tôi. Hủy có hiệu lực cuối kỳ đã thanh toán — bạn vẫn dùng Pro đến hết kỳ đó.
Nếu thanh toán gia hạn fail, Pro vẫn active trong thời gian gia hạn ngắn; nếu vẫn không thu được tiền, tài khoản tự về Free. Dữ liệu không bị xóa khi downgrade.
Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi giá subscription cho các kỳ thanh toán tương lai. Sẽ thông báo qua email ít nhất 30 ngày trước khi giá mới áp dụng cho tài khoản của bạn, và bạn có thể hủy trước khi giá mới hiệu lực.
Bạn đồng ý KHÔNG:
Chúng tôi có thể tạm khóa hoặc terminate tài khoản vi phạm những quy định này mà không hoàn tiền.
Truyện do AI sinh trả về cho bạn để dùng học ngôn ngữ cá nhân. Bạn xác nhận rằng:
Dịch vụ, bao gồm source code (phần không open-source), thương hiệu, logo, audio bundled, và danh sách từ vựng được biên tập, thuộc sở hữu của KSP Studio và được luật bản quyền và sở hữu trí tuệ bảo vệ.
Bạn giữ toàn bộ quyền với ảnh flashcard custom đã upload. Khi upload, bạn cấp cho chúng tôi giấy phép giới hạn, có thể thu hồi để lưu trữ và phục vụ lại ảnh đó cho bạn trong Dịch vụ.
Một số phần Dịch vụ được phát hành theo giấy phép open-source. Xem GitHub repo công khai để có danh sách đầy đủ và nội dung giấy phép.
Cung cấp Dịch vụ trên cơ sở best-effort. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo:
Có thể chỉnh sửa, tạm dừng, hoặc ngừng bất kỳ phần nào của Dịch vụ bất cứ lúc nào. Nếu shutdown vĩnh viễn, sẽ thông báo trước 30 ngày qua email cho user đã đăng nhập và cung cấp export dữ liệu.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép tối đa:
Một số khu vực pháp lý không cho phép loại trừ một số bảo hành; ở những nơi đó, điều khoản này chỉ áp dụng tối đa trong phạm vi luật cho phép.
Bạn đồng ý bồi thường và giữ chúng tôi vô can trước mọi yêu cầu, thiệt hại, hoặc chi phí (kể cả phí pháp lý hợp lý) phát sinh từ việc bạn sử dụng Dịch vụ vi phạm Điều khoản này hoặc vi phạm pháp luật / quyền của bên thứ ba.
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng Dịch vụ bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách đăng xuất và gỡ extension; cũng có thể xóa tài khoản từ Account Settings.
Chúng tôi có thể terminate hoặc tạm khóa tài khoản nếu bạn vi phạm Điều khoản hoặc nếu việc tiếp tục cung cấp Dịch vụ tạo rủi ro pháp lý hoặc vận hành. Sẽ hoàn lại phần subscription chưa dùng trừ khi terminate vì lỗi (ví dụ gian lận, abuse).
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi luật của Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Tranh chấp không giải quyết được qua thương lượng thiện chí sẽ thuộc thẩm quyền độc quyền của tòa án tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
Nếu bạn là người tiêu dùng ở EU hoặc UK, bạn cũng có quyền khởi kiện tại tòa án quốc gia cư trú, và luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc của quốc gia bạn áp dụng song song với Điều khoản này.
Có thể cập nhật Điều khoản khi thêm tính năng hoặc đáp ứng thay đổi pháp luật. Sẽ:
Tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ sau thay đổi quan trọng nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản mới. Nếu không đồng ý, ngừng sử dụng và (nếu áp dụng) hủy Pro trong 14 ngày refund window.
